Arizona Stagecoach:   From the Tucson Airport, the shuttle fare to the Hilton Tucson East is $35 for one way ($7.00 for each additional passenger), and $64 for round trip ($14 for each additional passenger).  The Hilton is located at 7600 East Broadway in Tucson.  There is no need to make an advanced reservation for transportation to the hotel, however you will need to make an advanced reservation for your return trip at the Arizona Stagecoach desk in the Baggage Claim area upon your arrival or by telephone (520) 889-1000 or at http://www.azstagecoach.com

Transportation to Coeur de Lión:  You may take the Arizona Stagecoach directly to Coeur de Lión for $36.00 one way and $64.00 round trip for one or two people. Please let the Conference Coordinator know in advance if you will need daily transportation to Coeur de Lión during the Conclave and she will help arrange for your needs. Car rentals at the Tucson Airport:  See http://www.rentalcars.com/.  Enter “Tuscon Int’l, US (TUS)” for the location.   If  you would like to rent a car with other conference attendees, please email the Temple Conference Coordinator at susank@thetemple.ws and she will help you find others who want to rent.

Phoenix Airport

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is about 120 miles from the east side of Tucson. There are more flights and more price competition on flights into Phoenix, but ground transportation takes longer. This makes early morning return flights less convenient.

Ground Transportation:  Arizona Shuttle offers hourly shuttle service between Tucson and the Phoenix Airport. Fares are $37 one-way, and $18.50 for each additional person. The Shuttle stops at three Tucson locations—the final stop being at the Speedway office.  An advanced reservation is required by telephone, 1-800-888-2749 or 1-520-795-6771, or at http://www.arizonashuttle.com/.

In the airport terminal are numerous rental car agencies. The current list is maintained by the airport at Phoenix In-Terminal Rental Car Agencies.
