The Temple of The Presence’s Freedom 2009 Conclave will be held at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712. This is a three-star hotel. The hotel room and suite rack rates are normally from $182.00 to $214.00. By special arrangement, there are now two types of guest rooms being offered to attendees of The Temple of The Presence conference: a Deluxe Guestroom for $69 (with taxes $78.63) and a Suite for $79 (with taxes $89.52). Please be sure to specify which type of room you desire.

This rate is valid June 26, 2009 - July 14, 2009 (to also cover those attending Acropolis Sophia) and is applicable for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. Deluxe Guestrooms may have either a king or two double beds. In two-room suites, choose between one king and a double sofa sleeper, or two double beds and a double sofa sleeper. Non-smoking suites are available upon request. Applicable state and local taxes are currently 12.5% and there is a $1.00 per room per night city surcharge. The total including taxes is $78.63 per night for a Deluxe Guestroom, and $89.52 per night for a Two-room Suite.

To ensure success, please carefully observe the hotel rules listed below when you make your reservations.

Our block of rooms will be held only until June 18, 2009. After that time, if the Sheraton has unsold rooms, they will accept reservations at our group rate. To avoid disappointment, please make your reservations as soon as you are able to make your travel arrangements.

If you have any problems receiving the group rate, please call Ana Pivaral at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites at (800) 257-7275, ext. 510 or 1-520-784-7507 outside the U.S.

When you call the Sheraton, ask for Reservations and identify yourself as part of The Temple of The Presence group. Confirm the group rate of $69.00 or $79.00 per night. Note that if you fail to identify yourself as part of The Temple of The Presence group when you make your reservation, the hotel will not change your rate upon arrival or departure. Please report any problems you experience to our Conference Coordinator at (520) 751-2039, ext. 291.

Guarantee your suite reservation by cash, check or major credit card with a deposit for one night ($78.63 or $89.52). A one night deposit will be debited to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is non-refundable if notice of cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Please note a new hotel policy: If you checkout prior to your reserved checkout date, you will be charged an early departure fee of $50.00. To avoid this charge, be sure to advise the hotel at check-in when you plan to check out.

We recommend that you avoid using the Sheraton room phones for outgoing calls. There is a $0.99 charge plus taxes for any outgoing call including 800, local and long distance calls. We suggest using cellular or the lobby pay phones.
